Timed Lock when attempting to print checks.

If you get a Timed Lock when attempting to print checks but the user that it says has the lock does not appear in the Manage Record Locks listing:
  1. Go to the Maint menu.
  2. In the dropdown select Bank Maintenance.
  3. If there is a lock detected you will be presented with a similar error as when attempting to print checks, but this time you will be given the choice to bypass the lock.
  4. Click Yes to free the lock.
The lock will be freed right away. This affects all users.
