If you get a Timed Lock when attempting to print checks but the user that it says has the lock does not appear in the Manage Record Locks listing:
- Go to the Maint menu.
- In the dropdown select Bank Maintenance.
- If there is a lock detected you will be presented with a similar error as when attempting to print checks, but this time you will be given the choice to bypass the lock.
- Click Yes to free the lock.
The lock will be freed right away. This affects all users.
